Grunenfeld Shepherd Reservation System for Solid Black Puppies

Solid Blacks are more rare than the traditional colors. Grunenfeld wishes assure you the best possible chance for owning one of our exceptional Solid Black Puppies. Beginning Dec 1, 2004 Grunenfeld will maintain two different lists of people that have inquired about buying one of our Solid Black Puppies.

The first is a list of people that have expressed interest only. There is no charge to be on this list. They will be allowed to purchase a Grunenfeld Solid Black only if all people on the Priority List have first been offered to purchase the available Solid Black puppy.

The second list is for people that have sent in a Priority List fee. People that have sent this fee will have precedence over those that have only expressed interest. Maintenance of this list will require a good deal of work on my part, thus the fee for being on this Priority List. Here is how it works:

If you have decided you definitely wish to purchase a Grunenfeld Solid Black puppy, and I am interested in selling you one, Grunenfeld will have you submit a Solid Black Puppy Priority List form. The fee to be on this list is $100.The fee is to be paid by Western Union wire, Cash, Cashier Check or Money Order. I do not accept Personal Checks. PayPal or credit cards.  This will allow you to remain on the Priority List for six (6) months. If Grunenfeld is not able to offer you a Solid Black puppy within this time frame, your Priority List fee will be refunded at your request..

You will be asked to specify if you want a male or a female puppy, or if either sex puppy will meet your needs. If you are offered a Solid Black Puppy, and for whatever reason you decline to reserve it, you may remain on the list for the and you will not loose you place in the order on the list.

If at the end of the six (6) months, you have been offered a Solid Black Grunenfeld puppy and declined it, there is no refund of the Priority List fee. If you decide to purchase a Solid Black Grunenfeld puppy with in six (6) months, your Priority List fee will be credited towards the $500 non-refundable Holding Deposit that reserves your Solid Black puppy for you until it is ready for you at approximately 8 weeks old. Prices on Solid Black puppies will be in the $1,850-$2,000 range (not including shipping fees) depending on the sex of the puppy, and the accomplishments of both parents.

When we expect a litter with Solid Black puppies, everyone on both lists will be notified. Holding Deposits will only be accepted when the puppies are actually born (and we know the number and sex available), and only from those on the Priority List for the first 48 hours after the birth announcement is sent to Priority List people. After the 48 hours expire, those on the non-fee list will have a chance to submit deposits to reserve form the litter.

Solid Black puppies will be available for reservation to those on the Priority List in the order in which their Priority List fee was paid, according to which sex (or either sex) they have specified as wanting. When a Solid Black puppy has been born, Grunenfeld will attempt to notify you via email that the puppy is available to you. You will have 48 hours to agree to reserve the puppy and wire the $400 balance of the Holding Deposit. 

Grunenfeld has many inquiries for Solid Black puppies, and this seems like the most fair way to assure that those of you that truly have decided to purchase a wonderful Grunenfeld Solid Black shepherd will have the opportunity to do so.
